Bashir Ahmad Hamid believes in social development through organized efforts of people without political struggles. He believes our community has infinite potentials, but unfortunately our people pay less attention due to being busy in imitating others. They can develop their potentials through a deep and critical review of our culture and social norms to actively participate in developing the society.
To describe this idea, Bashir Ahmad Hamid with the help of other friends, wrote a book named “ASRAR-E- ROSHD SHAKHSEYAT” – Secrets of personal development – which is published in Kabul. The book describes the ways how to identify and develop potentials of ourselves.
The current book is published with the help of Social Development
Association (SDA) to describe the idea of self development within a broader view - in the society.
